[pca] issue with sunsolve account and pca

Hm, this looks different than the entitlement issues some others seem to 
have. Can you run a browser on the machine which runs the proxy? If so, 
what happens if you access the same URL interactively:

   https://sunsolve.sun.com/pdownload.do?target=141936-01&method=h

Second thing to try - what do you get when you run this command on the 
proxy:

   /usr/sfw/bin/wget --no-check-certificate 
https://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref

I assume you already checked your local firewall settings, if you have one?
