Yes, thanks. I just remembered that I had started a thread on

Gary Mills posted there, stating that he already has submitted a bug 
report for this issue:

   I submitted a bug report on this problem.  It's CR 6661895 with the
   title `/etc/sfw/openssl/certs has no well known CA certificates'.
   It affects a number of different products.  I don't know when it
   will be fixed or become a patch.

It's not a SunSolve-only problem, but I thought I'd bring it to your 
attention as well :)
