[pca] PCA-Proxy Fails To Host Files

send your proxyserver pca-proxy.conf as well as the client pca.conf  so we can help troubleshoot further.

Also the output from:
pca -X . --debug --xrefurl=http://myserver/cgi-bin/pca-proxy.cgi --patchurl=http://myserver/cgi-bin/pca-proxy.cgi -d missing
