[pca] Including file to patch list

The "rec=125184-07" won't help here. As pca doesn't find the patch in 
the xref file, setting the R flag doesn't do anything.

You can force pca to include that patch by specifying it as an operand, 
though, like in "pca -l missingrs 125184-07". The default operands can 
be specified in the pca.conf file as well: "operands=mrs 125184-07".

While I don't usually recommend this, it could be an option to put 
125184-07 into your archived copy of the patchdiag.xref file instead. In 
your case this might be the cleanest solution.
