Thanks, this was helpful. I've found a way to determine whether the 
32-bit or the 64-bit of the EBS patch is required using (existing) 
output from pkginfo. I've added the check to the current development 
version, which should now correctly show only the 64-bit patch on your 
machine (you do not need any "ignore" option anymore).
