[pca] about "obsoleted" patches

You can't do that with pca right now. I find Sun's recommendation to 
"stay up to date on patch X" if when patch X is obsolete a little 
strange. Either they replace obsoleted patches with the patches that 
obsoleted them in this list, or they list e.g. "119682-02 (or newer) 
instead.

I also think that patch 119254 (Install and Patch Utilities Patch) 
should be the *one* patch to ensure correct functioning of the patching 
utilities (for Solaris 10/SPARC). If patchadd/patchrm depend on fixed in 
utilites they use (e.g. awk, grep), 119254 should require that patch.
