[pca] PCA will not download or install from sunsolve

I have been trying to setup PCA and test how it works, I am so frustrated with Suns answer to patching your product seems so simple and easy to use but for some reason I cannot download any patches using PCA.  I have tried dozens of times with the same results within the last 4 hours (patch not found) and (Missing patch file) Error 500 from Suns web servers when I run it in -V Verbose mode.  I can't believe SUN's site has been down or unavailable or maybe I can but highly doubtful for this long.

 

I have a valid Sun account with service contracts and I can login to the web portal just fine.

 

I also setup a free test account for Security Patch downloads and can also log in fine to the web portal.

 

I have the PCA script running fine, I can check all my patches and compare to the sunsolve list no problem but cannot download or install

 

Below is some info on the commands I ran and the results please help.
