I think so, too. When looking at the sparc patches, one can see that
114146 has been marked as BAD with the appearance of 108528-18, which
includes a proper fix for the bug in 114146. The same seems to be true
for the i386 patches, but Sun obviously forgot to mark 114147 as BAD.
I'm doing that in pca now.
If you like, you can try the current development release - it shouldn't
show 114147 in the list of "missing" patches anymore.
