[pca] pca and live upgrade, touching /reconfigure in the wrong BE?

And to think I did check that after doing the same, a few weeks ago -
and seeing there *was* /.alt.etc/reconfigure, I concluded that PCA was
working fine. Must have been a patch doing it by itself :-)
