[pca] test install

I am having an issue with the test install. I have created a small
bundle of patches which I move to a patch directory.

I have run the test install command to see if any of the patches require
a reboot, which the KERNEL patch does, but all the patches produce a
fail and no information.

Am I using this command in the correct manner? Command line and
abbreviated output below.

 

-I, --pretend

Like -i, but only pretend to install patches. Can be used to find out if
any of the patches require a reboot.
