[pca] New kernel patch 127127-11

Weird. I have also seen it work on some idle file servers. So just being 
a file server does not appear to cause the failure. What I did notice on 
the servers that it failed on was the automounter had not yet mounted a 
file system. I have never seen it happen on a standalone. Most file 
servers do fail however. I tried turning off the automounter during 
patching and that did not help. I have not figured out what the exact 
cause is. These machines are all up to date patch wise and for the most 
part have never had a problem patching:

Interesting.  I installed this via pca on a server that had active NFS
mounts (and not in single user mode) -- does that fit in with above?
Is your patch actually residing on the NFS server?  I must have missed
somthing...
