Agreed. Ultimately, it's the system's business to know what is or isn't
needed. I spend time stressing out to PCA beginners that by itself, it
does nothing and only uses system utilities, which *should* contain the
necessary checks (and I do know it's far from being always the case, but
when it happens, I call support, not you, to complain about the lack of
Q/A...)
