[pca] Patch mismatch when analyzing

Yes, I know that kind of patches. The package version of the unbundled 
product is always the same, no matter which Solaris release you install 
it on. Often the patches as equal in all their instances, and it's a 
mistake that multiple patches exist at all. Sometimes a preinstall or 
postinstall script is only included for a certain OS release.

They all have in common that there's not enough information for pca to 
decide whether it really applies to a system or not (parsing the 
synopsis is not done). A user can't do much besides using 'ignore', but 
I have added special rules for most of the affected patches directly 
into pca, which I've done for all Sun Management Center 3.5.1 patches as 
well - you might want to point the person at the current development 
release of pca at:

Would be great if he could verify that the fix works.

There is already a workaround for those in pca as of version 
 >=20080131-01, so a simple update should help here.
