[pca] Patch mismatch when analyzing

Hello Martin, all,

Somebody showed me on a mailing list a case where PCA displays several
times the same patches, apparently because they're identical in the
patchdiax.xref file  except for the synopsys:

They are for unbundled Sun products:

118386 -- < 09 -S- 486 Sun Management Center 3.5.1: Patch for Solaris 2.6
118387 -- < 09 -S- 486 Sun Management Centre 3.5.1: Patch for Solaris 7
118388 -- < 11 -S-  99 Sun Management Center 3.5.1: Patch for Solaris 8
118389 11 < 12 -S- 100 Sun Management Center 3.5.1: Patch for Solaris 9
118828 -- < 04 -S- 999 Sun Management Center 3.5.1: Solaris 8 Oracle Patch

118950 -- < 35 ---   1 Portal Server 6.3.1: Miscellaneous Fixes
118951 -- < 35 ---  64 Portal Server 6.3.1_x86: Miscellaneous Fixes

Is there a way to protect against those, except by ignoring them in the
pca.conf file?
