[pca] Problems with license validation

Hm, the above type of wget call (user:pass at url) hasn't been used by pca 
for quite some time - it's definitely not from version 20080311-01. Is 
it possible that you have an older version of pca somewhere in your PATH 
which you call accidentially?

Can you show us output of e.g. "pca --debug --download 118666-16" (or 
choose another patch for testing, as this Java patch is huge). Remove 
the password from the debug output before posting it here.

Do all downloads fail or just some or this one, and is your Sun Online 
Account connected to a contract or just a free account?
