[pca] Problems with license validation

Hi,

I am new to this mailing list but could not find any hint in the 
archives. Sorry, if this has been asked before:

Since a few days now, my pca has problems downloading patches. I always 
get messages complaining about "missing patch file", e.g. for patch 
118666. Debugging pca I saw a wget call with the following url:

http://myaccount:mypassword@sunsolve.sun.com/pdownload.do?target=118666-16&method=h

This call results in an empty output file 118666-16.tmp.

Initiating this wget on a command line I get:

As you can see, the download url is redirected to a license validation 
page. Any hints how to handle this?
I am using pca 20080311-01.
