[pca] Serious problem with pca proxy today

I'm not sure, but it may not work as the update will overwrite the sym 
link /usr/local/bin/pca with the downloaded new version of pca.

After taking a look at the update code I just realized that I already 
implemented auto update in proxy mode. So you could just set 
"update=auto" in pca-proxy.conf and be done with it - the proxy will 
keep itself up-to-date automatically, just as pca does when you use 
"update=auto" in pca.conf.
