It seems as if the proxy is contacting "http://ftp.gfz-pots.." to get
the README instead of SunSolve. You might have the proxy contacting
itself here due to a misconfiguration.

Can you check for pca.conf and pca-proxy.conf files on the proxy, and
see if "patchurl" is set to "http://ftp.gfz-pots.." in one of them? You
probably have the proxy pick up /etc/pca.conf which is configured with
xrefurl/patchurl settings for pca running as a client. For backward
compatibility, pca-proxy.cgi reads not only pca-proxy.conf but pca.conf
files as well. Better use e.g. /usr/local/etc/pca.conf (if pca is
installed in /usr/local/bin) and /etc/pca-proxy.conf or pca-proxy.conf
in the directory where pca-proxy.cgi is located on a machine that runs
pca both as a proxy and as a client.

If this is not the problem, please add "debug=1" to the proxy
configuration file. This should put debug output from the proxy into
/tmp/pca-proxy-debug.txt - we can take a closer look at that to see
what's going on.

Martin.
