[pca] Serious problem with pca proxy today

Hello,

I have no clue about the reason of this.
I just tried to get the readme of the latest sol10 kernel patch by issuing
pca -r 137111 on a internal machine, which uses our patch-proxy with apache2 and the pca-proxy in cgi-bin.
pca is at the latest version.

the download hangs and after looking at the proxy I saw many empty files in /tmp

the download with pca without using the proxy is working fine.

have you any hints where to look? this behavior is dangerous because the proxy is doing some other work too and it will become 
unavailable very quickly if this happens again.
