[pca] pca help

All,

I am new to solaris and I am unable to use pca to patch my system. The patchdiag.xref file downloads but the actual patches do not. 

System: SunOS, Generic_127128-11, i86pc,i386, with 1GB RAM
pca: 20080626-01

(I also used the newest stable pca - 20080729-01 with no luck. I am using wget with defaults. I believe all pertinent files / libraries - libiconv, etc, were installed as specified on the sunfreeware website).
