[pca] Patch keeps re-downloading and appending to existing file

Is anyone else seeing this problem?

I am trying to download all recommended/security patches, and when it gets 
to the kernel
patch 120011-14, it fails at 99% done on the download.  However, it then 
retries, and starts
appending the new download to the existing partial download.

It finally failed after 1.2GB of data being downloaded and went on to the 
next patch download
(120272-18), which also started doing the same thing.

Any ideas?

Platform info:
        Solaris 10 5/08 
        pca 20080626-01 (from CSW)
        GNU Wget 1.11           (from CSW)

Command used:   pca -d allrs -y -V 
--xrefdir=/export/prod/patches/SunOS_5.10
