[pca] Problem with using PCA after patch application...

I'm using PCA version "pca 20080729-01" -- this weekend, I ran a bunch
of patches, rebooted and have been getting the error below. I refreshed
the xref file, etc.
I'm a little new to the Solaris patch scheme - so pardon if I've
overlooked something. However, the dependency it's complaining about
below seems to be a part of the core OS.
Anyone know what I might have done wrong here. Thanks....
