[pca] Problem connecting to Sun with Porxy

So you've made local modifications to your copy of pca, if I understand 
correctly? If you implemented new proxyuser/proxypass options, the above 
lines will not suffice. You will also have to add code to the wget call 
in pca - see the new download() function.

BTW, have you tried one of these alternative ways to specify 
authentication data to your proxy:

- set pca's wgetproxy option to "http://user:pass@10.162.?.?/".

- put proxy-user and proxy-passwd settings into /usr/local/etc/wgetrc
   (or ~/.wgetrc). Like this, wget will be correctly set up outside of
   pca as well.

Either of these will save you from modifying pca itself.
