[pca] Problem connecting to Sun with Porxy

[Cromwell, Ray, VF-IE]

Hi , 
   I've just upgraded PCA and I am having problems with my proxy ,
previous version of pca works fine ,

I have the appropiate entries in pca which I copied from previous
version . 

"wgetproxy||s|URL|http://10.162.?.?|Default proxy for wget",
"proxyuser||s|PRUSER|???|Proxy user for wget",
  "proxypass||s|PRPASS|???|Proxy pass for wget",

Anyone have similar problem ?
