[pca] Patch files on a local server

I assume that you local patch server is originating from some other tool 
than pca? A local caching proxy setup with pca won't download .jar files.

No - pca doesn't handle .jar files as of now. When patches are 
downloaded with pca, it will therefore never create .jar files. I 
understand that this is suboptimal if you already have a collection of 
patch files in .jar format, but setting up a local caching proxy with 
pca and running "pca -d missing" on each type of machine/OS once to fill 
the pca patch server is done quickly.

I might add support for jar files to pca at some time, but it's not as 
easy as it seems. It affects downloading, extracting and installing 
patches, and must be tested thouroughly on all releases of Solaris.
