About Scrnaseq | |
Single-cell (and nucleus) sequencing is a powerful technique, but using it correctly requires experience and deeper understanding of its technical side. We are a self-help group that tries to preserve and pass on experimental and computational knowledge about dealing with single-cell -omics. The group currently meets weekly at UBB to discuss ongoing projects, current problems, recent publications, and all other things single-cell. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the Scrnaseq Archives. (The current archive is only available to the list members.) |
