Dear all,
I hope you’re doing great! First of all, I wanted to tell you that I am really grateful for the last session—I can’t get over the fact of how cool you all are. I am learning so much. Thank you—for participating in the discussion, reaching out, joining to listen in, or simply considering to come to the meeting. This is all truly appreciated!

And now to the point:
Our next text is:
Hutto, D. D. (2008). The Narrative Practice Hypothesis: Clarifications and implications. Philosophical Explorations, 11(3), 175–192.
You can access it here if you have a Uni Wien account: https://www-tandfonline-com.uaccess.univie.ac.at/doi/pdf/10.1080/13869790802245679?needAccess=true
That’s another link—with a general institutional login wall: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/13869790802245679?journalCode=rpex20
…and if for some reason you still have a problem getting your hands on the pdf (the journal website is not always working very well for me), please do send me an email.

As a note from our last session, here is a lovely email from Andreas:
hej hej,
As we were throwing phenomenology and neuroscience into the ring, here is a book that I cannot recommend highly enough ;-)
Changeux, J.-P., & Ricoeur, P. (2002). What Makes Us Think?: A Neuroscientist and a Philosopher Argue about Ethics, Human Nature, and the Brain. Princeton University Press.
hej då,
andreas (from 🇸🇪)
Many thanks, Andreas! :-)

We’re starting at 6:30 CET. The next meeting is on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
If you haven’t joined any of the previous sessions, that’s not a problem at all—we’d love to have you there.
