Chinesisch-Kurse im Wintersemester 2017/18
Das Wintersemester 2017/18 steht vor der Tür und damit auch die neuen
Chinesischkurse am Konfuzius-Institut! Egal ob Sie Anfänger/in,
Fortgeschrittene/r oder Experte/in sind, unser Kursprogramm hält für
jedes Sprachniveau etwas bereit, vom erlernen des Chinesischen ohne
Vorkenntnisse bis hin zur Auffrischung von Fachvokabular oder Chinesisch
für die Urlaubsreise ins Reich in der Mitte. Nutzen Sie doch unser

Intensivkurs Chinesisch im Feber
Im Feber 2018 bieten wir wieder einen Intensivkurs Chinesisch an. Der Kurs
richtet sich an AnfängerInnen (Niveau A1 Phase 2) und findet immer
Montag, Mittwoch und Freitag vormittags statt.

In einer gemeinsamen Veranstaltung mit dem Mozarthaus Vienna gibt die
international bekannte chinesische Pianistin Claudia Yang einen Klavier

Claudia Yang (nee Teoh) was born in Malaysia to an ethnic Chinese family of
Fujian descent. She began her piano studies at the age of five under Mrs.
Norman Tan and went on to study under great pianists including Dianko
Iliew, Paul Badura-Skoda and Ludwig Hoffman at the Hochschule fur Musik
und Darstellende Kunst in Vienna, where she graduated as joint best
pianist of 1997. The following year, Claudia went to study under Orysia
Sterniuk in Ukraine.

1999 was the year Claudia made her Chinese debut in Beijing Concert Hall
and was named “The Global Chinese of the Year” by China Voice
magazine. Claudia, as a visiting Professor often went on to offer master
classes at Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, China Central
Conservatory of Music, University of Music and Performing Arts in
Slovakia, Fujian University, Jilin University, Xiamen University, Shanghai
Conservatory of Music, Xi An Conservatory of Music, Tianjin Conservatory
of Music and El Sistema Music Academy in Venezuela.

In 2001, Claudia was invited by Chinese Ministry of Culture to collaborate
with Prague Symphony Orchestra at the Opening Ceremony of “ Meet In
Beijing ” International Music Festival and as well as touring to
Shanghai, Dalian, Shenyang.

Claudia has collaborated with London Symphony Orchestra, Slovak
Philharmonic Orchestra, Lithuania National Symphony Orchestra, Asia
Pacific United Orchestra, Prague Symphony Orchestra, MAV Symphony
Orchestra, Gyor Philharmonic, Phillipines Philharmonic Orchestra, Moscow
State Symphony Orchestra Cinematography, Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra
of Venezuela, National Symphony Orchestra of Colombia, Vienna Chamber
Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra Lviv Virtuoso, Tianjin Symphony Orchestra,
China National Symphony Orchestra, Fujian Symphony Orchestra, Hebei
Symphony Orchestra, Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, Henan Symphony
Orchestra, Kazakhstan National Symphony Orchestra,  and appeared as
soloist in many music festivals around the world. She has worked with many
conductors such as Lorin Maazel, Muhai Tang, Betrand De Billy, Rastislav
Stur, Robertas Servenikas, Carlo Ponti, Stefan Vladar, Olivier Ochanine,
Diego Matheuz. She has also made a tour with Russian violinist Vadim Repin
in 2014.

In 2010, Claudia made her tour to Europe and Asia celebrating Chopin’s
200th Birth Anniversary, and in 2011 celebrating the 200th Anniversary of
Ferenc Liszt’s Birth. She has been sitting as the jury at the
International Chopin Competition for Young Pianists in Moscow since 2011.

In 2013, Claudia became the first Asian pianist to be invited by
Russian conductor Valerie Gergiev to perform at Vladikavkaz International
Music Festival which was founded by him in Russia.

In 2014 Feb, Claudia was awarded “ Pro Cultura Hungarica “ by Hungarian
Government for her contribution in spreading Hungarian Culture especially
music by Franz Liszt. The award was presented by Hungarian Prime Minister
Mr. Orban Victor during his official visit to China.

Apart from being a concert pianist, Claudia is actively involved in
many charity events in China. In the past years, she has given piano
concerts to raise fund for Ya An Earthquake in Sichuan Province, China
Association for the Blind, Song Qing Ling Foundation and The Red Cross
Society of China. She has also composed a school song for Beijing Bai Jia
Zhuang Primary School and the song was awarded first prize at the Annual
Beijing Choir Competition.

In 2016, Claudia Yang has received “Friendship Award “from Xi An
Provincial Government for her contribution in establishing culture
relationship between China and Malaysia through her music performance.

In 2014 May, Claudia and Gyula Fekete together have composed Piano
Concerto “ Dream of The Red Chamber “ and was successfully world
premiered in Beijing in September 2014. The World Premiere was followed by
a series of successful debut concerts in several cities in China,
Kazakhstan National Concert Hall, Budapest Spring Festival 2015, China
Latin America Cultural Year in Caracas, Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, Concert
Hall at Embassy of Russia in Beijing, French Residence in London, German
Residence in Beijing, National Cultural Center of the Phillipines etc as
well as upcoming concerts in Paris, London, Vienna, Salzburg, Brussels,
Zurich, Munich, St. Petersburg, Prague, Valletta, Bogota, Singapore, Kuala
Lumpur and Hanoi.

In 2016 July, China National Arts Fund has announced its funding on
the concert tour presented by Claudia Yang with her Piano Concerto “
Dream of The Red Chamber “ to Europe and South East Asia in
collaboration with Chinese symphony orchestras.

Her new CD album “Dream of The Red Chamber “which was recorded in
London Abbey Road Studio with London Symphony Orchestra under the baton of
Muhai Tang has been released in May 2015. Since July 2017, this album has
been selected as one of the Audio CDs on Lufthansa Inflight Entertainment.
