<div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0)">Please find below a list of books currently available to volunteers who would like to write a 500-word book note for <i>Language in Society</i>. A book note is a summary of a book's content with a brief

 evaluative summary at the end.</div>

<div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0)">If you are an <u>established schola</u>r and would like to write a full critical review of one of these books (1500 words max), please feel free to suggest it to me.</div>

<div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0)"><b>Graduate students</b> are welcome to write <i>book notes</i>, with a faculty member's supervision. </div>

 Please  be aware that Edinburgh University Press, John Benjamins, Palgrave, and Springer only send eBooks, and Cambridge University Press will send print copies and eBooks to North America (including Caribbean) and greater Europe but only eBooks everywhere

 else. If a book is available via open access, no publisher will send print copies.. </div>
