We invite submissions of original, unpublished work from students in any area related to Logic & Language, Language & Computation, or Logic & Computation in the form of long (8 pages) or short (4 pages) papers (including references, figures, etc.). Submissions will be reviewed by several experts in the field. Accepted long papers will be presented as talks, while short papers will be presented as posters. This is an excellent opportunity for students to receive valuable feedback from expert readers and to present their work to a diverse audience. Short papers are especially suited for smaller or in-progress research works.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>See the extended Call for Papers at the ESSLLI 2025 webpage for the submission and publication policies: <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><a href="https://2025.esslli.eu/courses-workshops-accepted/student-session-call.html"><span lang=EN-US>https://2025.esslli.eu/courses-workshops-accepted/student-session-call.html</span></a><span lang=EN-US> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><span lang=EN-US>Awards</span></b><span lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>======<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>For both long and short papers, the best contributions (submission plus presentation) will receive an award. Such prizes will be awarded based on the content and quality of the paper and the presentation at ESSLLI. The ideas presented should be novel and promising. The presentation at ESSLLI should be adapted to the wide variety of backgrounds that ESSLLI participants come from: everybody should be able to learn/understand something new.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><span lang=EN-US>Registration</span></b><span lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>=========<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Participation, including presentation, in the Student Session requires an ESSLLI 2025 registration at: <a href="https://2025.esslli.eu/">https://2025.esslli.eu/</a><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Depending on the budget, student grants may be available.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><b><span lang=EN-US>Student Session Committee</span></b><span lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>=====================<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Session chairs <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>-------------------<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Valeria Gradimondo (Université Paris Cité) <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Emil Eva Rosina (Ruhr University Bochum)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Language and Computation Track (LaCo)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal>-------------------------------<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Luisa Grote (Leibniz-Institut für Arbeitsforschung, TU Dortmund)<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Logan Swanson (Stony Brook University)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Language and Logic Track (LaLo)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal>-------------------------<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>David Müller (Université de Genève)<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Angèle Bernard (Nantes Université)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Logic and Computation Track (LoCo)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>----------------------------<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Cordelia Berz (Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Matilda Häggblom (University of Helsinki)<o:p></o:p></span></p><div style='border:none;border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm 0cm 1.0pt 0cm'><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='mso-ligatures:standardcontextual'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></body></html>
