    <p>On Thursday, <b>December 12th</b> <b>2024 </b>we are

      organizing the 6th <i>Jornades de Lingüística Catalana a Viena</i>

      with the topic <b>"Pronoun in Catalan and beyond"</b> at the

      University of Vienna.</p>

    <p>We are very pleased that the following invited speakers will give

      talks at this years workshop:</p>

    <p>- Gemma Barberà (Universitat Pompeu Fabra): "Indefinite pronouns

      in Catalan Sign Language (LSC): Layering manual, non-manual and

      spatial components to convey meaning"</p>

    <p>- Marc-Olivier Hinzelin (Universität Hamburg): "Neuter pronouns

      in Catalan: Discourse reference, expletives, and beyond"</p>

    <p>- Neus Nogué (Universitat de Barcelona): "The pragmatics of

      first-person plural in Catalan"</p>
