<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Abstract:</b> Wie gelingt es internationalen virtuellen Teams trotz Sprachbarrieren, Virtualität und (erwarteter) kultureller Unterschiede zielgerichtet und auf befriedigende Art und Weise zusammenzuarbeiten? In diesem Vortrag werden
zentrale Erkenntnisse der ReDICo-Studie "Interkulturelle Kompetenz und kommunikative Praktiken in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit in virtuellen Kontexten" vorgestellt. Die im Rahmen der Studie erhobenen Daten stammen aus dem Planspiel Megacities, an dem
in SoSe 2021 über hundert Studierende unterschiedlicher Nationalitäten teilgenommen haben.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Luisa Conti</b> ist seit 2006 wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, Projekt- und Workshopleiterin im Bereich (virtuelle) Interkulturelle Kommunikation und Pädagogik der Vielfalt.
