[PLing] Reminder: Hagit Borer at TLC (12 May) and WSG (13 May)

Dear PLing community,

This is a reminder that Prof. Hagit Borer [1] (Queen Mary University of 
London) will be giving two talks in Vienna next week:

  	* At the Theoretical Linguistics Colloquium (TLC) on May 12 at 16:30h 
(seminar room 1, Sensengasse 3A): "The paradox of phrasal prepositions 
in Modern Hebrew" (joint work with Noam Faust); abstract here [2].
  	* At the Wiener Sprachgesellschaft (WSG) on May 13 at 18:00h (Hörsaal 
1, Sensengasse 3A): "Reflecting on the Generative Word"; abstract here 
[3].

There will be a dinner with the speaker after both talks. Please let us 
know by Friday, May 9 if you would like to join us for dinner (at your 
own expense). For the dinner on Monday, May 12, please send an e-mail to 
me (iva.kovac at univie.ac.at), and for the dinner on Tuesday, May 13, 
please e-mail Laura Grestenberger (laura.grestenberger at univie.ac.at).
