Dear fellow linguists,

 

I would like to draw your attention to the upcoming workshop "DM meets Nano
in Romance and beyond", taking place on Tuesday, July 15, and Wednesday,
July 16, 2025 at the Department of Romance Studies.

 

The event brings together two major theoretical approaches in formal
linguistics - Distributed Morphology and Nanosyntax - and offers a varied
program including talks, poster sessions, and tandem keynotes. While the
main focus is on Romance languages, contributions also cover a range of
other language families.

 

Everyone interested is very welcome to attend - just send a quick email to
register in advance.
