We are recruiting to fill two PhD positions (30 hours per week) on the subject of pronouns, in synergy with the large research network "Language between Redundancy and Deficiency". Responsibilities
-Independent and cooperative research in connection with the SFB project “Language between Redundancy and Deficiency” (https://sfb-redundancy-deficiency.uni-graz.at/)
-Intention to complete a dissertation related to the topics of the SFB project (see website above), on the subject of pronouns (see especially subprojects 2 and 5)

Profile
-Completed master’s study in linguistics or related field or proof that study will be completed before the start date
-Expertise in semantics-pragmatics or morpho-syntax or the syntax-semantics interface of natural languages
-Deep interest in theoretical linguistics
-Experience and expertise in empirical methods in linguistics (preferred)

We offer an annual gross salary of € 50,103.20 for a full-time position (please note the positions are both part-time, 30 hours per week, or 75%).
