Ich darf mich für etwaiges Crossposting entschuldigen, aber möchte 
Sie/Euch auf zwei Veranstaltungen im August und September aufmerksam machen:

Vom 19. bis 30. August 2024 findet am Institut für Sprachwissenschaft 
der Universität Wien eine Summer School zu Sprachen an der östlichen 
Seidenstraße (Baktrisch, Tocharisch, Gandhari und Tangut) statt. Die 
Teilnahme ist gratis und wird bei erfolgreicher Absolvierung des 
gesamten Kursprogramms mit 10 ECTS belohnt. Anmeldeschluss ist der 31. 
März 2024. Nähere Infos gibt es unter

In der Woche nach der Summer School findet von 04.-07. September 
thematisch anschließend die Konferenz /Language and Culture in the 
Borderlands of the Eastern Silk Road /an der ÖAW statt.//Der Call for

läuft ebenfalls noch bis 31. März 2024.

 From August 19 to 30 2024, we offer a Summer School on languages of the 
Eastern Silk Road (Bactrian, Tocharian, Gandhari and Tangut) at the 
Department of Linguistics of the University of Vienna. Participation is 
free of charge and rewarded with 10 ECTS if the entire course programme 
is successfully completed. Registration is open until March 31. For

 From September 04 to 07, the thematically corresponding conference 
/Language and Culture in the Borderlands of the Eastern Silk Road/ will 
take place at the Austrian Academy of Sciences. Abstracts should be
