Just a small update in case someone else runs into a problem with 
downloads from the MOS.  The wget built into Solaris 10 is pretty
old and crusty.  I mean the default one at /usr/sfw/bin/wget and
the certificate needs to be ignored if you try to set PCA_WGET to
that old wget. Thus --no-check-certificate needs to be passed as
an option.
