[pca] Age

The Recommended (or CPU) patch set does not include all the "r" or "s' flagged patches.  Also, sometimes the "r" or "s" is added later - so you can end up with a pca report suggesting you missed sometime the last time you patched.

I have a simple question. Does the revision age mean the age of the currently installed revision or the age of the most recent revision?
