[pca] pca is not working for me

Thanks to everybody, the problem is resolved.

This is what I have done.

1.        Downloaded the patchdiag.xref file on to the Windows text file
by doing cut & paste and then moved to /var/tmp

2.       Moved pca program to /var/tmp.  

3.       Ran pca not as root, and it picked up /var/tmp patchdiag.xref
file and gave the list I wanted.

 

Still the wget version is not working, but it seems I have a way round
the problem.
