[pca] pca broken for sparc architecture

Obviously you downloaded 151909 on x86 with the same user/password (?) 
and the same copy of PCA (?) without problems. Can you try to download 
151908 on that machine, too, and see if that works? Maybe it's some 
network problem.

If the problems persist, please send the output of "pca -V --user=xxx 
--passwd=xxx -d 151908-01" on the sparc machine.
