[pca] pca broken for sparc architecture

I tested here, but can't reproduce the problem. Works fine on sparc for me.

The patchdiag.xref is pretty old, maybe it's corrupt. Try with the most 
recent one.

And BTW, with the current version of PCA you don't need --wgetopt anymore.
