[pca] pca broken for sparc architecture

Hi,

The last version of pca script is working fine only for i86pc/i386,
but is broken for sparc architecture:

# uname -a
SunOS secchi 5.10 Generic_150401-21 i86pc i386 i86pc

# /usr/local/bin/pca --update=now
New version available: 20150327-01 (current version: 20140115-01)

Changes:

Version 20150327-01

 * Add new CA certs
 * Must use --no-check-certificate for Oracle server with wget <= 1.12
 * Verify file type on patch downloads from Oracle server

Update
Done

# pca -l --wgetopt="--no-check-certificate --secure-protocol=TLSv1"
