[pca] It's possible create patachdiag.xref file from "/var/sadm/patch" dir?

I can only say that the information in /var/sadm/patch won't suffice. 
Not sure whether the rest of the required data can be collected from 
/var/sadm/pkg and/or pkginfo output.
