[pca] Query about clients that are not DNS-enabled

I though that using "--ohost 141.146.44.51" (IP address of 
getupdates.oracle.com) would work, but wget can't verify the certificate 
then. Putting "141.146.44.51 getupdates.oracle.com" into /etc/hosts 
should work, though.

Setting up a local patch server might be another option. Check PCA's 
docs for setup examples.
