[pca] New release: 20140115-01

A new release of PCA has just been published. Here's a list of new 
features and changes:

  * Add new CA certs for login.oracle.com
  * Use --secure-protocol=TLSv1 with wget on all connections to Oracle 
server
  * Fix bug in HTML output
  * Whitelist: add 148104, 148105
  * Whitelist: add 150525, 150526

Update:
   pca --update now
