[pca] Can't download latest Xorg patch 125720-61

My proxy downloaded it fine a few hours ago.

The Oracle server hands your PCA proxy a 3150 byte HTML file insteads of 
the patch. Can you edit pca-proxy.cgi and comment out the "unlink" 
statement in line 745? The retry the download and look at the contents 
of /var/apache2/htdocs/pca/125720-61.zip with a text editor. Maybe it 
provided a hint on what's wrong.
