[pca] Patch 147440-25 issue

I'm not running VxVM on this system but its good to know about that problem since I have few others that are.  You guys are probably right about the firmware issue.  Although the system exceeds the minimum firmware requirements for the patch, I wouldn't be surprised if that is the problem.  I don't know if anyone else is running on t5120's but I have had nothing but problems with those systems since we got them.  Worst servers I've ever had to deal with.
