[pca] patchdiag.xref feature request for Don

hello Don, hello boys

isn't possible to incorporate in patchdiag.xref as a new field some kind
of info if that patch is also shipped with patch some bundle ?

well, i know that it's not so easy hence the releases increment but just
think about it.

i'm suggesting to think about these fields:

- patch bundle
- readme md5sum
- zipped patch md5sum
