[pca] pca feature request .. better handling with release dates

Hello Martin,

i'm missing in pca few less important features like for example
possibility to list released patches by date ..

see please attached code .. there's an example how it would work. Please
think about incorporating some ideas from there to your already
excellent and awesome pca ..
