[pca] Can pca check two different local sources?

Understood, thanks. I could flip the xrefurl elements, and contact the
proxy first.
Or I could leave the config alone, and use a cronjob to check the proxy daily.
I want to preserve a copy of each xref, so that can go into the same script.
I suppose I could miss an updated README, but that's not an everyday issue.
If I'm really concerned, then I'll just delete aging READMEs out of the cache.

Yes that's fine. For me, multi-elements work best if I add scheduled
xref checks.
If networking wasn't an issue, I wouldn't bother with the file:/
element. Thx... -c
